Schedule: Reporting Time is 9:00 AM. First Round starts at 10:00 AM.
Spot Entry: Spot entries are strictly NOT allowed. Online registration mandatory.
Fair Play: Fair play will be strictly enforced. Decisions of the Chief Arbiter are final.
